Fourth IECO-RCC International Colloquium

On April 4th, 2016, the Fourth IECO-RCC International Colloquium at Harvard addressed the topic of “Building Trust in Organizations through Meaningful work." The presentations inspired a lively discussion among the speakers and the audience concerning the purpose, character, and meaning of work. This colloquia series was conceived by Manuel Guillén, IECO’s founding director and Valencia University's representative at the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard, and it has been generously supported by the Abigail Adams Institute. The series aims to promote timely discussions of organizational ethics among academics and practitioners.
